What do I need to book my date ?

We require a 500 USD Non-Refundable booking fee and a signed contract in order to lock a date for you. That guarantees that no other client will take your place and it is why the booking fee is Non-Refundable.
What is the Vendor Fee ?

The Vendor Fee is what the hotel charges you to bring an outside photographer and not using their own photographers. The couple has to cover this fee in order for us to be able to provide our services at your hotel.
Why should I hire you and not the hotel's photographer ?

There are many pros on hiring an outside photographer vs the on site photographer. Some of the reasons are :
- You will know from the beginning who your photographer is while with the hotel's photographer you won't know that until the very day of your event.
- Your photographer will help you create a timeline for your day.
- You can create a bond with your photographer, the communication is much faster and you will be able to share all your ideas for your big day.
How long do I have to wait to receive my photos ?

The delivery time for the photos is 6 to 8 weeks. Depending on the season, this time could be less.
If I cancel my wedding, do I get my retainer back?

In order to lock a date for you we require a booking fee that is Non-Refundable since we won't take any other client for that day. If you reschedule the wedding you will have to pay a new booking fee.
What happens if my photographer can't show up ?

We are a team of many photographers so if for some reason your assigned photographer cannot assist to your event, another photographer from the team will go in his place. We always have a backup.
